Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Periods
You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective packaging included.
Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact our customer service at returns@mtcablage.com with proof of purchase or a receipt to obtain a return label and return instructions.
Carefully package the item with all its accessories and the provided RMA.
Send the package to the address provided by our team.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or the error is ours.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Partial refunds may be issued if the item is returned incomplete or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos.
We will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
